BeachCastApp is a service of BoylesLLC NC. BeachCast collects information that visitors voluntarily provide through its interest, advertiser and public-sector contact forms. This may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, organization information, locations and messages.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, provide BeachCast project and launch updates, assess interest in the pilot, communicate with prospective advertisers and collaborate with municipalities or public-safety organizations.

Storage and service providers

Form submissions may be stored using Google Sheets, Google Apps Script and, in the future, HubSpot or comparable customer-relationship services.

Sharing

BeachCast does not sell submitted personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the website and manage communications.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of your submitted information, or unsubscribe from project updates, by emailing beachcastapp@gmail.com.
